All orders carried out on the website assume the prior consultation and acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
The customer recognises that they have been informed that agreement to these terms and conditions of sale does not require a written signature.
The customer may choose to save these terms and conditions through using the appropriate tools provided by their internet browser.
The customer declares that they have received all necessary information from the company ABYSSE CORP regarding the use of the website and product characteristics.
The customer declares that they are of legal age as defined by the French civil code, and that they have full legal capacity to engage with the website in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of transmitted data.

The customer can exercise their rights regarding information concerning the above by contacting customer service via the contact form available on the website.
The prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes. The prices may be shown without tax or with a different tax depending on the country of delivery indicated.
For an order being delivered outside the European Union or to the French Overseas Departments and Territories, you are the importer of the products concerned. Any possible customs duties or other local taxes are not the responsibility of Abysse Corp; payment and declaration are carried out by the customer.
Abysse Corp reserves the right to change its prices at any moment and without notice.
A product only becomes the property of the client at the point of full payment of the final sum of the order.
Payment for orders is carried out by bank card. The amount is debited upon confirmation of the order.
Different payment methods may be offered, such as card payment via a secure system.
Our website is subjected to a security system. Your bank details are not stored on our site and are not kept by us for security reasons.
You can benefit from reinforced protection thanks to our partners in banking, such as the system 3D-Secure which aims to reinforce the security of card payments on the Internet.
For every order, the shipping fees generally applied are the following:
- France = €4.90 incl. tax
- Europe = €10 incl. tax
- Europe (outside EU) = 12€ incl. tax
- Central America / the West Indies = €18 incl. tax
- Africa, Asia, Oceania = €42 incl. tax
The order will be sent via the carrier and mode of transport believed to be the most suitable by our services for the requirements of the order.
The sum of the shipping fees may sometimes be reduced under certain conditions for selected commercial operations and may be stopped without notice.
The shipping fee amount may be increased, without notice, to adapt to the business and transport terms of the carriers used (such as fuel surcharge, freight security, parcels that cannot be processed through standard procedures…).
Extra shipping fees may be added in accordance with the product’s type or category, such as a large poster or picture that cannot be processed through standard mechanized procedures, or a high value figurine requiring additional insurance.
We work primarily with La Poste and its Colissimo service. For certain orders, our services may decide to apply a tracking number or require a signature for delivery.
If possible, your orders are prepared and given to La Poste the same or next day following payment, except for weekends and bank holidays. The time periods indicated on the website act as a guide only.
In general, La Poste processes this category of parcel in 48-72 hours for metropolitan France. This becomes 5-7 days for the French Overseas Departments, and 4-8 days for international shipping. During the end-of-year period, carriers and our services may be slowed due to the influx of orders.
It is your responsibility to indicate any damage to your parcel on the delivery note. In the absence of faults recorded on the delivery note, we cannot return it to the carrier and so will not be able to follow up on possible damages.
Boutiquearmada2023 promotional codes cannot be combined. The validity duration is always specified by the promotional code and may vary according to the code in question.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing a reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you, physically take possession of the item(s).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (such as a letter sent by post or electronic mail) to the following address:

You can use either the model withdrawal form available for download here (editable .pdf), or any other unequivocal statement, and send the document to our customer service by mail or by post to the above address.
If you use this option; we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail via a supported medium.
Our customer service must be contacted before all returns.
Effect of withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you for the sum of the products included in the order, not including delivery cost without undue delay and, under any circumstances, no later than fourteen days counting from the day after receiving the returned products concerned in your withdrawal request. We will proceed with the refund using, if possible, the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction; this refund will not incur costs for you on our behalf under any circumstances. In the case that the payment method you used is no longer available (for example, if your card has expired), we will arrange another banking method with you, favouring bank transfer.
We may postpone the refund until we have received the item(s). You must return the item(s) to us at the above address without undue delay and, under any circumstance, no later than fourteen days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you send us the item(s) before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will be responsible for the immediate fees for returning the item(s).
You are only liable for damage to the item(s) resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to maintain the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item(s).
Faulty or substandard product
You have 15 working days counting from your order’s delivery date to alert us to a fault or defect with the product. A preliminary request to our customer service must be made. This can be carried out by sending an e-mail to our customer service via the website’s contact form, and by specifying your order number.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. The package must include all the product’s accessories.
If a refund or exchange is to be made, it will take place in the month following receipt of your return, within the limits of payment methods indicated in the above paragraph, and available stock.
No parcel will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging.
We advise you to carry out the return using Colissimo Suivi. If you return the parcel to us without Colissimo Suivi, we refuse all responsibility in the event that the parcel does not reach us. No post inquiry will then be made.
The returned item(s) this will be reimbursed or exchanged according to your request and available stock.
You must carefully prepare and protect your parcel:
- Take care to preserve the original packaging of your parcel: please do not write on the original packaging
- Be sure to return the entirety of the original parcel
- A duplicate of the billing information
- Your name, surname, and address
- Your order number
- Any information that will allow us to quickly process your request
Lastly, please be aware that in the event of a dispute, you have the option of using a conventional mediation procedure or another alternative dispute resolution method.
